Rosemary Baumann: Gallery Director, Gallery 510

Rosemary Baumann, Gallery Director for Gallery 510 Fine Art, is a successful interior
designer from Cincinnati.  Her clients include homeowners and businesses located
there — and increasingly, the “second homes” of her clients around the country.  She
has been very successful in “placing” or integrating Loretta Puncer artwork “into”
those design engagements.  She views Gallery 501 as a place to attract “new” clients
in the Dayton area as well as a “magnet” to attract her Cincinnati clients to in Dayton. 
The attraction in coming to Dayton for her clients is to partake in the energy of the
emerging Oregon District Arts District.

Bill Puncer: Sales Director, Gallery 510

An attorney by training, Bill has come to the art scene through his wife, Loretta.  He
firmly believes that everyone should own original artwork.  “Don’t be intimidated by
art,” he says.  “Most people have a very real sense of what they like, and they should
go with that.”
Raised in New York City, Bill graduated from St. John’s University in Queens, and
then the University of Dayton School of Law.  While at UD, he met a young artist,
Loretta.  The rest, as they say, “is history.”
